Hello I am a bit confused. ArcGIS Online gives the possibility to registered members can use two gigabytes of space. From the documentation I read that only the services map service, that is created with ArcGIS service, may be added. My question is this: What sense does it give 2 gibabyte space if the only services that can be read only links? Thanks
Some people use arcgis.com to share other types of data, such as layer and map packages. These files can be quite large, because they contain the actual data. Thus, the 2GB of space is useful in this case.
