New to ArcGIS - Create a map with Alaska and Hawaii moved closer to contiguous United States

Does anyone have a suggestion or video to how to create a map of the USA that has Alaska and Hawaii moved closer for viewing?  

All I can find is how to do Data Labels in Pro but nothing for ArcGIS online.  

Any help is appreciated.
