Navigation (getting directions) within the environment of Scene of ArcGIS Online,

I couldn’t figure out if the Scene of ArcGIS Online might has the capacity to include navigation functionalities such that one can get directions (driving, walking, etc.)

The web scene viewer currently does not support routing.

does the ArcGIS Pro setting in the last picture provide the option? Was there reference in the help files that you could? Usually the help file states what you can do...not what you can't do.
