My Location > Blue Dot > Pop up

Hello!

I was wondering - is there a way to configure the pop up for "my blue dot"?

Workflow:

1. web map shared publicly
2. open it on my phone
3. click the button to show my current location > blue dot is shown
4. click the blue dot > Current Location pop up pops up

is there a way to configure what shows up in the Current Location pop up? 

For a field workflow we've got, it'd be helpful for the user to be able to click the blue dot to show a summary of information from several layers in the map (using arcade).  I don't want the user to have to get all the pop ups from all the layers to get this information - i'd prefer to summarize it for them based on where their blue dot is.

is that possible?
