We have been building a mobile editing app using a web map and hosted feature services in ArcGIS Online. In the last 2 weeks we have noticed sometimes one or more of the hosted feature services not loading. The problem seems intermittent. To date the app has performed well, and this has not been an issue. We wondered; is there an issue with ArcGIS Online causing this problem?
