Migrating domain with Azure SAML

Question

We are currently using ArcGIS Online with SAML to Azure.  We want to migrate domain from domain.aaa to domain.bbb.  I believe the SAML mapping is done using the User identifier that shows up when you initially create a user.  However we cannot seem to find that field to change.  How do we go about doing this?

Also want to confirm User identifier cannot be change (from domain.aaa to domain.bbb) therefore requires settings up a new account and transfer the contents over and delete the old account?
