I'm still having attachment problems with "ArcGIS Explorer Online" not showing up but they do in "ArcGIS Map Viewer".
I'll give this issue one more shot before logging a support call.
Is anyone else having this problem? I've uploaded a couple of images showing the different results between the viewers and I like the interface and performance of Explorer Online but it won't show attachments, hyperlinked nor uploaded attachments.

Don,

If you access the 'Service Details' under the Layer Details dialog, does the REST page say true or false for "Has Attachments?"

I would also mention that as of December 10th, ArcGIS Explorer Online will be moved to ??Retired?? status, meaning there has been no active or continued development of the software since 2012 and users will no longer have access to technical support through direct phone, chat or email request. Access to limited support will remain through discussion forums and knowledge base articles.

If you can share your service URL, I'll be happy to take a look at it.

I didn't know they were retiring Explorer online, if this is true, than its not worth the bother as The Map Viewer works OK.
This is to bad because I liked the interface and extra abilities with queries and slide shows etc. hopefully ESRI will integrate some of these into the Viewer. One thing weird though with Explorer was if I toggled SSL off, my attachments would appear until I logged off, then everything would disappear when I logged back in except for my base maps.
Thanks for the info Daniel.
