Lost access to some pages

I believe this to be a problem with the restrictions my office has placed on our Internet access, because we had access and then lost it, and I can still access from home, but perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. Our large department has no IT staff familiar with GIS so we are on our own here trying to explain what might be wrong!

I can create a map, and see my groups and my content. But if I try to 'view item details' (by clicking on the map title in the list on my content) I just get a blank window. So I cannot go in and make any changes to the map or to the description, etc. I can view the map from the Group page, but not the details, or the 'more details' from the webmap page.

Well, you could try using the developer tools in chrome to see what kind of response you're getting back from a request...

1. In Google Chrome, click on the wrench in the upper right corner.
2. Click Tools>Developer Tools
3. Click the Network tab
4. Now click on the item details. You should see a list of requests. You might see something here that indicates what the problem is.

Are you using Internet Explorer 7?? If so, try clearing your browser cache.

1. From the tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the General Tab, under Browsing History, click Delete
3. From the Delete Browsing History window, click Delete All.

This may clear things up. However, it may only be temporary as interacting with the map may cause it to return. We're tracking down an issue in this area.

Thanks for your responses.

I will see if someone in our IT shop can use the Chrome tools. I am blocked from downloading it. 

I am using IE 8. I did clear the cache but it has not made a difference.

While I was not able to use Chrome, I did try the Developer Tools in IE8. It shows an error on line 18, esri.arcgisonline.sharing.dijit.ItemProperties template:NLS_configureApp

Still can't figure out how to get past this. Any ideas would be appreciated.
