Well I used the dice tool and also tried uploading as a tiled service and it seems to be working! Trying a second layer now to see if it works as well. If it does, I think this is a viable solution without taking too much processing time (I tried uploading it all as a raster before and it just churned and churned for a week without finishing, but this all took only an hour or so in total). Thanks so much! I'll be back if I hit some other roadblocks but all of this has been very helpful!
