Licenses Assigned Exceeds the Number Available

Is there any other admins out there that are getting a notice that says "The number of licenses assigned exceeds the number of licenses available. Please reconfigure your licenses." when we are not over our limit of users? The only thing I can think of is that the program is thinking that our 0 assigned level 1 users is over the limit of 0.

Error Message with user count.

That was it. Someone had a trial of Drone to Map that had expired. Thanks for your help identifying the issue.
