So I've got an MXD.
It has a layer in it that I have turned on in the MXD to display always.
I added the REST Service into an AGOL layer I just created for it.
But when I go to Visualizations tab... the layer doesn't show.
BUT if I 'ADD TO MAP' then layer is introduced BUT it is not checked so it's not visible.
How do I default a layer to visible in an AGOL Layer?
