Label Each Attachments in gallery with it's matching distance field value

In the AGOL web map I would  like to label each attachment displayed in the popup gallery with it's matching distance attribute value. I have capture this data with the Spike distance measure unit offset. to various stationary  targets as part of a digital service record card for curb-stop valves. The basic AGOL Popup Configuration is almost  there but missing this one component.... to label each attachments images with corresponding attributes values. Below is a marked up snapshot of  what I would Ideally like to see.
