Issue with Publishing GPX to Feature Layer from ArcGIS Pro to Online

I am attempting to build an app in Experience Builder for an upcoming bicycle race. The app will show the three separate race courses and their elevation profiles for participants to view prior to the race. I have gpx files of each of the courses which I have successfully converted to features in ArcGIS Pro and then published to the Online Portal. When I create an elevation profile in Pro it tracks the routes correctly but the web layers do not.

My problem: when I follow the elevation profile in Pro it follows the route correctly - starting at the beginning, following the loop counter clockwise back to the start/finish line. However when I add the web layer to a map and follow the elevation profile created for it, it starts in the correct place but then quickly jumps to the middle of the route following the route counterclockwise to the start/finish line, then jumping to the middle of the route again and following the route clockwise back to the start/finish line.

Is there a way to edit the web layer so that it follows the track points correctly? Or a way for me to ensure it follows the route correctly when I am publishing the layer?
