Issue transferring ArcGIS Online content from one owner to another

I am trying to transfer ArcGIS Online content from one owner to another and keep getting an error that says "Item does not exist or is inaccessible." I've tried going to the My Content tab-->selecting all content-->clicking 'more'-->clicking 'change owner' on multiple items at once and I've tried doing one item at a time with no luck. Is there a fix or another way of doing this?

I've had issues where the page just isn't responding right away. After I cleared my cache and reloaded the page it worked for me.
