Is there a way to vary symbol size by $view.scale on ArcGIS online?

In ArcGIS Pro, the symbol size can be vary by $view.scale

My question is, how can I do the same thing as above on ArcGIS Online?

On ArcGIS Online, just find $view.scale in expression, but still find no way to vary symbol size by $view.scale.
