Is it possible to download the pop up with only texts that are not contained in a layer?

I've been helping a team set up their ArcGIS and they recently starting taking notes and minutes of meetings using the text feature in the pop ups. Now, I have no clue if it is possible to downloads these notes that they take and we need to have the notes downloaded to store in an archive. Is it possible?

I'm a firm believer in the right solution to suit the need. If my mission were to record meeting notes and archive them, I would not think to use the text element in pop-ups.

While that's a creative use, there are plenty of other alternatives that would be far better than pop-ups for this task.

As far as I know, the only way to "download" pop-up text elements is to copy/paste the text into another document (which may have been the better choice in the first place) to archive.
