Internet Explorer 11 and ArcGIS Online Content/Account Access

Hi.  Currently our users are not able to get to their "Content" or "Groups" after logging into ArcGIS Online using Internet Explorer 11.  Chrome is fine.  No one reported problems on Friday so it seems like something happened over the weekend.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  Or, more importantly, can anyone provide information on how we can fix it?

Hi there

I can report that I have a bug number for this issue

BUG ID: BUG-000110271
Synopsis: For some ArcGIS Online usernames, the group and content pages do not load when using IE. In the console, error "Object doesn't support property or method 'includes'" is given.
Status: In Product Plan

Esri said that patching should occur overnight

I can confirm that My Groups and My Content tabs of ArcGIS Online are now loading properly in I.E.11.
