I have a large pop-up box in ArcGIS online with quite a bit of content. I wonder if there is a way to include say a hyperlink which relates purely to the content of the pop-up box? So if a user clicks on a hyperlink in the pop-up box, the user is taken to a section of the data included in the pop-up box? Similar to page anchors in html? There would also be a hyperlink to return the user to the top of the hyperlink when finished.
