In Firefox, no left-hand toolbar available in Map Viewer

When I open any web map I own in Map Viewer using Firefox, there is no left-hand toolbar (it's not just collapsed, it's completely gone).

When I open a blank map in Firefox, I see the toolbar. However, after using it to open a map, the toolbar disappears completely.

However, the toolbar is there and behaving normally in Chrome for the same web map.

This Firefox behavior just started this morning. Is there a solution to this?

It seems like there are some incompatibilities with the latest version of Firefox and Esri's products

Hi, Yes Firefox is aware of the browser update causing issues in Map Viewer and are working on a patch that should address it. In the meantime, everything should be ok in other browsers and FF versions.

Hello, Firefox released an update in that fixed this issue https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/145.0.1/releasenotes/  Please let us know if you continue to see issues with the updated version.
