I'm trying to display an image thumbnail in the popup window of a web map and app. The link to the associated image is working correctly, but you have to click the link to see the image, which opens in another window. Below is the link for the web app, and the pop up is associated with the graves layer (zoom extent is set for zooming in close). Not all graves have an image, but you can see an example in the popup for Lot B-11-035. It only displays an icon and not the actual image. I have the link entered in the URL and Link sections of the "Configure Image" options for Pop-ups in the web map.
