Hi Gaston,

 A few queries.

What is the source of the image?

How did you add it to My Map?

What method do you follow to save the image?

myname.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html

There is a window Search place

Once you have located the place you choose BaseMAp_Images_Save_Savein_Save to Folder With my Name and it doesn’t allow mw to choose another folder. Afterwards I cannot find that folder in my PC.

That folder is located in My Content of your ArcGIS Online account, not in local machine. Check if you are able to download/export it from item description page of My Content.

I entered the page ArcGis online, I logged in and I found the place Contents with the maps I saved in that folder with my name. I exported one of them to ArcGISPro and it was OK.

How can I edit with shapes the maps (perimeter, environments, polygons in general) in GeoNet before I export them to ArcGis.

Thanks for the tips

Also you might like to move the thread to a more appropriate space like https://community.esri.com/community/gis/web-gis/arcgisonline?sr=search&searchId=7a98350d-5cbd-4034-...‌.
