I am trying to use the spyglass story map feature. I have been usuccesful at importing my a layer into GIS online. Is there a way to import a layer into a GIS online? Or do I need to convert it into a shapefile? If so, how do I do so?

Frist thing that you have to do is Moving this Question to ArcGIS Online subspace.
