Hub website uneditable after custom domain is applied

I recently created an ArcGIS Hub website and assigned a custom domain to it that I own, but attempting to edit the website from my ArcGIS Online portal doesn't land me on edit mode. It shows the "Sign in" buttons, and after I confirm login through the buttons, I don't see myself signed in, nor am I able to edit the website.

Is this a known issue with custom domains? It was editable before I assigned the domain to it. I haven't found anything online that reports this issue.
