How to remove background artificats from CityEngine web scene?
I have a CityEngine scene that I've exported to share via ArcGIS Online but it looks incorrect and I can't figure out how to fix it. I've attached a screenshot below, all the objects within the selected boundary should be one colour each and the grey colour shouldn't be visible.
My only guess is that the DTM is showing through, and thus masking what I actually want to show. Additionally, it makes the objects only partially clickable/selectable. There are no other objects layered below, only the DTM. I have tried all the different export options with regards to the terrain (i.e. "export all terrain layers", "export all selected", "export all visible" and "do not export terrain layers"), however the published result online looks the same regardless. I really need to fix this, as having the objects be fully selectable is a main criteria for this model. Please help!
