Hello I'm an ArcGIS Administrator for my organization, and we have a user who is creating datasets/online maps that they do not wish for anyone to view.
They create the maps in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.0 (share > Web Map) and do not check any of the "Share with" options, so when the map is published to AGOL the sharing level is set to "Owner", they do this all on their own seperate AGOL account that is a part of our organization (their user type is set to creator with role as publisher).
I cannot find an easy solution to prevent myself from viewing their work, is it possible for the ArcGIS Administrator to be "blocked" or "prevented" from viewing data that members of the organization have set the sharing level to "Owner"
You should be able to click on their name and see content is there but you can't actually open a map or app and see if if the sharing is set to owner by another users.
