how to change Name in AGO

The guy, who applied for as the administrator of our subscription in AGO at the first time, had left the company, how can we change his name (not Username) in the Organization?

What exactly do you mean? Do you want to remove him as the contact person for your company? You would need to call customer service and change the contact info. If you just want to remove him from appearing as part of the organization of ArcGIS.com, another administrator can remove the user from the organization.
