How to authorize my ArcGIS Online account in ESRI Marketplace

I have recently downloaded a trial version of ArcGIS Pro, and am trying to enable a third party extension (Mapillary). I was able to add the extension, however, when I try to enable it for use I get an error message saying "Your ArcGIS Online account is not authorized in the ESRI Marketplace". How do I authorize my account?

Here is what I have tried:

I click the "Settings" menu under the Organization tab of my ArcGIS Online account. Then I click Marketplace -> Manage Purchasers and designate myself (the only one currently in my organization) as an authorized purchaser. According to the ESRI, this should mean that 'Esri Access will be enabled for members designated as purchasers". I still get the same error, unfortunately. Am I missing something? Should I be looking in another place entirely? I am sure it is something simple, but I have run into a wall here.

You must update the sharing for this app to include groups that your login has access to.
