If we have a hosted tile layer on ArcGIS Online, published with a custom tiling scheme, is it possible to have this tiling scheme exposed with WMTS? I'm a bit of a novice on AGOL as well as WMTS but thought I'd see whether it would be possible to host certain tile layers on AGOL and consume via an Openlayers application and WMTS. This particular map wouldn't be using epsg:3857 or the common bing maps etc zoom levels so the hosted tile layer would need to be exposed with a certain gridset for WMTS.
