Hiding the Web App Builder Functionality in ArcGIS Online Templates

Question

When administrating an organization ArcGIS Online account you have the option of setting a group for your own web app templates to use, and you can turn off the default Esri templates. When you do this a user still has the option on the second tab to use the web app builder, is there anyway to also hide this option?

No, there is no way to hide this option. It's an interesting suggestion. I see this as an organizational setting. When you configure your own template group, there could be an option to show/hide the web app builder. I'll write this up as an enhancement; no guarantees it will be implemented though.
