HI all -

I've created a service with AGS. I can access it via ArcMap.

When I go to AGO, then I go to My Content, and do the Add Item > From the Web I can load the service but I don't get the pop-up asking if I want to store the creds. So it is constantly asking for my creds. ?! Where's my pop-up? Is there another way to tell it to store the creds?

Thanks in advance!!!

Joanna

I can access your REST directory successfully.  It looks like the folder the service is within is secured too.  As a test, would you be able to publish the service to the root directory, secure the service, and then try adding it to ArcGIS Online?  The secure folder is the only thing I can think of that may be causing an issue.

Hmmm. I see what you're saying, and thanks for helping me test. I don't think I should publish to root. Another agency hosts for me and I think that would make them crabby.

Another option would be to unsecure the AGR_services_secure folder.
