Getting to Know Web GIS- Experience Builder tutorial - Experience Builder

I have another question related to the Experience Builder tutorial in the 5th edition of Getting to Know Web GIS 5th edition. 

I cannot replicate illustrations on page 85, step 25 and page 86, step 26.  In step 25 I am instructed to enter a URL.  I tried https://bit1y/3pJ8O0n and https://bitly/3pJ8O0n in the Select an Image pane.  When I do this there is no image displayed (see below).  An image is displayed in the book. Why can't I display the image?

Are you perhaps clicking on Set Link rather than Select an image?
