Getting JavaScript error when trying to add a URL for an ArcGIS Server web service via the UI

I've just created a new, free account and I'm trying to add a URL for an ArcGIS Server web service.  However, I'm getting an 'Error.  There was an error while adding this item.' error when trying to save it.

My steps are:

1. Click the 'New item' button

2. I then select 'URL'

3. I enter the URL and press the 'Next' button

4. I then confirm the details and press the 'Save' button

I then get this error:

And in the browser console I get this error:

'TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'thumbnailURL' of 'M(...)' as it is undefined.'

Is there something I'm missing during this process, or is this Javascript bug preventing me from adding this server?  If it's a bug, is there a workaround?
