From where can I get an authorization number for the free trail?

ya i already have the free trial but i want to renew it....since its has already expire d trial version..
I don't think you can renew a trial that has already been authorized...otherwise, people would never buy the software, I suspect
I click the "Start Trial" button after filling out my info and nothing happens.

It sounds like the browser may be blocking the request. What browser are you using?
Try clearing the browser cache or open the create trial in private browsing mode. If you continue to have issues, contact technical support.
