For the draw widget in map viewer classic, can you move the text or drawing you created without having to undo?

Here is an example scenario where I plopped some text into my map using our drawing widget. If I wanted to move that "hello text" to the left is there a way for me to grab and move it without having to do undo and then re-click where I want it?

What application is this...WAB. EXB? You don't have draw widgets in map viewer. You can move things you drew using the draw widget in Experience Builder (EXB) by clicking on 'select feature' within the draw widget.

From what I can see you can't move it in web app builder, but can in experience builder. Since web app builder is being phased out I recommend moving your applications to experience builder anyways.
