Hello everyone,
I have an internal data site designed using Hub, and I'd like to have users assigned a Field Worker user type download data via the Hub site. However, when this is attempted using a Field Worker user type account, I receive a message that says "downloading is not enabled for this account. Please contact your administrator". How would I enable downloading in Hub for the Field Worker user type? Is it possible with this user type?

There is a role that needs to be enabled for creating content, but it has to be a creator licence im afraid.
@leightmaes it's not so much the user type that's your issue, but the role that your users are assigned. The data needs to beenabled for export, and your user's role needs to have downloading data enabled

Thanks for your reply. Which aspect of the user role settings controls downloading? For example, I'm looking at the settings for creating a custom user role and I'm not seeing a setting that specifically mentions downloading.
