I spent a little bit of time developing a presentation using the ArcGIS Explorer Online presentation maker. It worked just fine for a week and then the day of the presentation (a half hour before) I went to double check the presentation and I got an error saying it was corrupt (ArcGIS Explorer Online: The map could not be opened. The document is invalid or corrupt). I am wondering how it could become corrupt without me doing anything? And if it does become corrupt in the future, how do I repair it if it is in the ESRI ???cloud???? I can open it just fine in ArcGIS Viewer Online, but I really needed the presentation I made.

The map is: Carbon County Trails Committee

This presentation seems to be working now.  There is a bug with web maps that contains CSV layers by reference. Perhaps you encountered this issue.

Thanks,

Mike

Thank you for the response. I did take off two CSV layers yesterday and that explains why it must work. Is ESRI working to fix this bug now? Also, what happens if maps are created online and the data is corrupted? Who do we contact for future reference to have it fixed? I assume this won't be a problem when 10.1 comes out because I can save it locally and also upload it online.

This CSV problem is addressed in our next update to the website. You can always report problems here or through Esri Technical Support.

Thanks,
