Expression to show particular image URL in web map pop-up?

I am creating a web map for rubbish collection days. If the boundary is a week 1 collection area, I would like a URL image to the week 1 calendar to show. If the boundary is a week 2 collection area, I would like a URL image to the week 2 show.
As I am using a referenced registered layer, I cannot show the image in the pop-up, it will only show as a link (which I do not want). Therefore I am using image URLs as seen below.
Is there an Arcade expression or query which can dictate which image pops up through the Image popup setting? I would like it to appear on the pop-up like this, rather than a link:
