hey folks, I'm trying to export one feature in a ESRI-owned layer (USA Census Populated Places) so that I can then edit that shape (split it into two) and compare population #'s in each of the two halves. Can you create a layer from a selected feature like you can do in the Desktop version?
If the owner has enabled export on the feature layer you would be able to use the extract data analysis tool but the USA Census Populated Places does not have export enabled.
