Exporting Maps zoomed out loses detail

Hello, not sure if its a setting but whenever I try to export a zoomed out map, the export doesn't show the smaller roads, but you can see these in the current map view before you export. 

The export setting I have used are, PNG32, A3 landscape and dpi 300.
