ESRI Collector, Related Tables, Attachments, ArcGIS Online

I have related tables to a feature layer in ArcGIS Online that have attachments enabled. When I take a photo for the table via ESRI Collector App I can see the photo on the app but it doesn't appear anywhere at ArcGIS Online. If I take a photo for the feature itself it will show up in the pop up at ArcGIS Online

How do we view the photos taken for the related tables via Collector in ArcGIS online?

You can view your attachments under the data tab in the item details for your feature layer.

The steps for accessing this are:

  • Go to the item detail page for the feature layer you are using in Collector
  • Click on the data tab
  • View the related records by picking the related table in the drop down picker or click the "View" text in the parent record
  • Attachments will be located on that related record at the end of the record.
