Error when use image url in arcgis online HomePage

I want to display an image in the description of my ArcGIS Online home page. I added the image as an element in my content and shared it with the public. The image is displayed after a time and then an error message appear.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
