error adding cvs file

I saved the attached cvs but I keep getting an error message. What am I doing wrong?  It happens when I try to upload the same file in Living Atlas.

Hi Robin,

I hope you are doing well. I was able to reproduce the error on my end. I overwrote the old csv by saving as and it seems to have resolved the issue for me. I have attached the csv below. Could you test it out and see if it resolved it on your end?
