Double Footer Information Banner in Visualization Tab in New Map Viewer

Has any one here noticed that the footer of the information banner gets double stacked when viewing data in the visualization tab with the new map viewer selected as the default viewer?   See the snip below.

I thought it was a function of the zoom in my browser, but it shows up no matter the scale.  Not obscuring anything, but it looks rather odd.  If anyone has any thoughts, I'd appreciate it!  Thanks!

I think some browser issue. not with the new map viewer. 

Where are you visualising the map service,

1. in portal

2. normal browser
