Display of User's Email Hasn't Changed after Update?

Hey Fellow ESRI Users!

There I am!  Except that that isn't my email address
It was when this account was first set up, but the account/username has changed hands since then.

As far as I can tell, every option to change the email to that of the current user has been taken.  So, why does this still show the first user's email address?  Is there any way of updating it to me, or whomsoever gains the account in the future?

Anyone here face a similar issue?  Did you find a solution?

I am having this issue too. I've changed my email in AGOL, which is the same account I am using here, and yet my email address has not updated. It would be really useful for that 'email me when someone replies' feature if it pointed to an email address I actually have access to.
