I have a specific WebMap in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal with 17 different map layers.
The issue is that the max zoom-in level is very when the map is opened in Map Viewer and in Field Maps.
I am able to zoom in more detailed in Field Maps than in Map Viewer.
They both use the same basemap so It shouldn't be the reason.
When the map is opened in Field Maps mobile application the max zoom-in level is much higher (more detailed) than when I open the same map in Map Viewer.
I tried to change the basemap in Map Viewer but that didn't solve the problem.
When I open the same map in Map Viewer Classic I was able to change basemap and zoom became greater but in Map Viewer Classic I have other problems.
Does anyone have the same issue or a solution to this problem?
