I have removed items from our ArcGIS Online Subscription that were include in our Open Data Portal. I've since replaced them with new REST Services. 2 issues are happening:
1. The old item is still showing up in Open Data Portal. When I click the 'Edit' button in Data Manager I get this: The item you requested cannot be found. The item may have been deleted or you may have entered an incorrect URL.
2. The new items I added and shared with the appropriate group are not showing up. The new items I am adding are REST Services from our 10.4.1 ArcServer.

Resolved: I removed the group from the Group Manager's tab for about 15 minutes and added it back in. The old data was gone!
