When using the Daylight widget in a scene (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/get-started/adjust-daylight-scene.htm ) there seems to be no difference when changing between dates that include Daylight savings time and dates with Standard time. In Norway we switch between DST and Standard time the 31st october (link), but the change in the daylight widget seems only to be without the one hour change. So I would expect to see a big change between the 30th october and the 31st, but the change seems to .
So the question is if there is any support for DST and winter time in the widget in Scene viewer? If not, what time is it set to, DST or standard time?
I've used this scene to test: https://arcg.is/ij0fy ;
Use the daylight widget to switch between the dates around 31st october.

Thanks

@BirkSlipersæter1 the shadow analysis widget only works in UTC times (GMT+/-) and doesn't take into account daylight savings. You will need to add a splash screen to warn users about this if they are unsure. However, the time labels clearly show the times as GMT/UTC.

Hope that helps.
