I´m needing to upload a basemap raster to ArcGIS Online, this image has an approximate weight of 1.05gb. how many credits would be spent making the upload of the image?,
You will need to create a cache of the raster dataset using the Manage Tile Cache tool. You can then export this to a TPK file using the Export Tile Cache tool. Once you have the TPK, you can upload this to ArcGIS Online and publish it as a tiled service. You will only be charged for the tile storage. The equates to 1.2 credits per 1 GB stored per month.
