Creating View Layer Loses Related Table.

I am trying to create a view layer of a hosted feature layer with related tables. I have created view layers of this same hosted feature layer in the past successfully, but now when I attempt to create a view it eliminates the related tables -- even though in the "Update View" window it shows them checked. I also see that some of (but not all) of the previously created views no longer have the related tables associated??? Is there any setting that I need to change, or anything the recent AGOL update may have caused?

Update: The related tables show in the REST Services directory, but not in the AGOL feature layer page -- and I cannot view them in the data tab. I need to change the name of the related tables to match a field in the repeat of a survey (the name has spaces so I can't change the name of the repeat field to match).
