Hello,

I have a project in ArcPRO in which i created 'relates' which link my related tables to my layer. However, when I go to publish this as a web service and view the map in mapviewer, those relates seem to dissapear. Is there a way to ensure those relates are carried through to map viewer, or is there a way to create them within mapviewer itself?

Can anyone please advise?

Thanks

Hi @bbollin thanks for the reply.

The option to add fields from a related table does not appear on my form. I'm not sure why, because I see the related table in the Content menu, Data > Fields

Are you authoring the form for the parent feature layer or the hosted table? It's possible there is something incorrectly configured in the relationship itself. I can try to take a look if you share it publicly, otherwise I would suggest logging a case with support so we can gain access to the data @doronwen

@bbollin I'm authoring it from the parent feature layer.

This is the relationship class as it shown in ArcPro. Do you see anything here that is configured incorrectly?

Unfortunately, logging a case support with Esri is not an option at this point.

@doronwen, I'd need to see the feature service published to ArcGIS Online. Can this be shared publicly? Or perhaps to myself in a DM? Otherwise it's pretty difficult for me to troubleshoot what is happening 🙂

@bbollin I think I found the reason - I'm using portal 11.1 and related tables are not available on that version yet (See this post).

My organization will upgrade to 11.3 soon, and that should solve the issue.

ah that will do it! I was not aware you were using enterprise @doronwen. You are correct though, upgrading to 11.3 will resolve the issue
